Complaint Details :dear sir,
my delhi landline mtnl no 25433822 no is not working since more than 2 months now.the reason for the same is that all the roads in moti nagar area have been dug up.my question is who is giving the authority to dug all the roads in a locality ,all at the same time and interrupt important services like phone and internet all for continuious 2 months?is it fare to deprive elderly persons of the facility of even phone?and on top of all the inconvenience sending huge amount of bills to the customers?i want to know how to handle such situation?please help.
