Complaint Details : Sir ,
This is to inform you that while I was making the payment of my Landline Phone number 033-25458064 on 28/12/2013 , the Transaction TX28121307166836 failed and amount of Rs.899.00 was deducted from my Axis Bank Account . I got a popup message that the transaction is failed and the amount will be refunded within 3 days. But till today 03/01/2013 I haven’t received the refund yet.
This is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and please do the needful to refund the amount (Rs.899.00) at the earliest.
