Complaint Details : Dear Sir,
Kaveri express which runs from Chennai to Mysore and back is giving huge jerk while starting, moving and stopping.
Every week I will be in upper berth and every time the jerk happens, our head collides with the compartment wall. Last week I happen to know that one old lady fell down in the toilet because of jerk and she was shouting from inside. We have given the complains so many times but no use. This is happening from 2 years. Its sure that one day Kaveri Express falls down and thousands of people die because of this. Before people die request to look into the matter and rectify the train.
