As per records of madhu gas agency, Sec’bad and Canara Bank , Nallakunta, Hyderbad, I have submitted Aadhar card copy No:539503216570 and instructed your dealer to arrange reimbursement of subsidy of Gas cylinder . And Credit to the SB Account 2540101001476 with Canara Bank, Nallakunta, Hyderabad
in the prescribed form.
When approached your dealer they informed me that they have inturn informed particulars of the Aadhar card as well as bank Account in their records on 23/05/2013
