Complaint Details : A girl(Nagma) was living in govingpuri with her family. On 29-10-2013, his neighbor(Boy name-Shamshad ) kidnapped her and demand 200000 Rs from her parents. If they will not giving this amount to him he will explore her nude video on net and market.Her parents has already raised a complaint in police station . Complaint no of FIR- 20130864. FIR raise date is 27-11-2013. Complaint is running in govindpuri police station. Police are not not helping them properly. Whole area people know that boy but nobody want to say any word against him.
