Complaint Details : Three members of our family applied for passport in Kolkata,.Our documents verification completed on 22/11/2013 at Kolkata RPO and Barrackpour police verification via Dumdum Police Station, on 2nd December,2013 ( IP Memo No: 20995, 20992 & 20999 ). my father in law and my mother in law received their passports in 2nd week of December,2013, but i Rumki Bhattacharyya ( File No: CA 2067329261513 & Dumdum, under Barrackpur Police IP MEMO No: 20999 ) still waiting for Police Verification at Burdwan,West Bengal.As per Burdwan DIB section, File CA2067329261513 has not been received by them till date where as,Kolkata RPO when personally visited on 31.12.13,said it has been sent to Burdwan DIB.
