Complaint Details : Respected Sir,
I am working as Postmaster Grade-1, Pattabhipuram Post Office, Guntur-522006.
I have undergone a surgery and claimed my medical bill to the SPOs, Guntur D.O.,, Guntur-522007. They have passed my bill for Rs.21,300/- instead of Rs.3,10,047/-. I have requested the information through RTI Act, from the CPIO & SPOs, Guntur and the SPOs replied that he has received a rate list from Director General of Health Services, New Delhi and according to the rate list, he has reimbursed my bill to that amount. Then I have requested the DGHS, New Delhi through RTI Act and they replied that they have not forwarded any such list. Kindly intimate me where can I file case against the officers.
