Subject of Complaint :HP gas subsidy amount not credited to my bank account

Complaint Details : My hp gas consumer number is 621750 and recived my gas cylinder on 3/2/2014 and paid full amount of 1162/-which was subsidised cylender.My complaint is that so far subsided amount was not credited to my bank account which was attached through my adhar card.Last month I had recieved subsidy amount in 2 instalements one is after booking and another was after cylinder was recieved by me.But this time no amount was credited even after cylinder was delivered.
Please do the needful.
