Complaint Details :B18 buses (Korukkupet to Vandalur zoo) are now pushed into den. Not like as before in early years 1998 to 2001. Its difficult to believe that bus nowadays. The speed of the buses is reduced much and is not even going like a ordinary bus. I don’t know, whether this is drivers drowsiness or managements plan. But other buses like G18 (Guduvanchery to T.Nagar) going very fast. Even 500, 500B, PP21 buses are going at top speeds. But this bus B18 which was a better bus on previous days become a hating one. Because of this, these buses are loosing their commuters/passengers every day. The buses like G18 gains by attracting the people. Let the MTC to take better decision to improve B18 services
