Subject of Complaint :ATM out of order for nearly one month

Complaint Details : Sir,
The ATM inside GUNA COMPLEX, ANNA SALAI, TEYNAMPET, CHENNAI-600 018 was working perfectly when the STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE ZONAL OFFICE was inside the above premises. After shifting of the ZONAL OFFICE, the ATM is lying out of order for nearly one month. We came to know that the above ATM now comes under CHENNAI ALWARPET Branch. Morethan 1000 persons are working in GUNA COMPLEX including 200 Central Government Employees. It is getting very difficult for us for dealing monitory transactions without the above said ATM within Guna Complex. Please do the needful to rectify problem regarding the above ATM.
