Complaint Details : We are regular consumer of BSNL for the 33/11 kv Kajgaon Substation Tal Bhadgaon Dist Jalgaon having no 02596-234337 and after getting a braodband connection on the same no the same no we are getting old Modem due to which it take a long time to connect online which affect the regular online work of the Department and after complaing regarding this to the regional office they say we don’t have available the new modem at the store and if you need this you have to purchase it for the market.
