Subject of Complaint :Haven’t received Voter ID

Complaint Details :Sir/Madam,
I applied for voter ID almost one month back and the application status still says “Application Received – Pending Enquiry”. My application number is EI14025992.
Will an enquiry actually be done? Can I use this as a reference and vote this time with my photo ID or will I get my card soon? Please help me with this process so I could vote in the upcoming elections.
