Sub: Illegal Encroachment in Building Premises.
Complaint Nos: 0721760034 and 0721710369.
I Mr.Tabrez Syed residing in 161 Princess Building, Ramchandra Bhatt Marg, Opp.J.J.Hospital, Above Almas Hotel. Mumbai – 400003 regret to inform you that so many times I have approached your goodself for removal of illegal encroachment in my building but all my efforts have been wasted.
Sir, In our building there is a 2 man in the name of Mr.Khalid Khan and Mr.Sameer Khan who has occupied a gutter area in our building and has constructed a illegal rooms. We constantly tell this peoples viz Mr.Khalid Khan and Mr.Sameer Khan to remove this illegal rooms but they are telling us that no body can do anything to them as BMC and Sir.J.J.Marg Police Station is in their pocket and we regularly send HAFTA to them. Sir they are GUNDAS and they trouble our tenants a lot.
Sir needless to say that several times I have called Mr.Sonavane – Sub Division Engineer (Extn-109) , Mr.Kolhe and Mr.Shamre (Extn-139,140) but no action has been taken by this officials.
Sir Mr.Khalid Khan and Sameer Khan are openly telling in the Building if anyone comes from BMC office we will give them Rs.1000/- bribe and they will accept the Bribe and no action will be taken on us.
Sir I humbly request you to please look into the matter and kindly take action at the earliest.
