Complaint Details : As Govt of India announced the subsidy on Gas, The complete subsidy is not received by me after submitting the Adhar Card to Gas agency. i.e., I got amount Rs.435/- as subsidy for the market rate of cylinder amount Rs. 1025/-.(paid by me with receipt) Please inform me to know further complaint and what i have to do now ? Please reply as soon.

The gas subsidy amount has not been credited to my account. When I asked the dealer I was informed that the
subsidy was credited to the Andhra Bank for Rs.435/- on 12.9.2013 and Rs. 553/- on 14.09.2013. After uptodated
Andhra Bank account , I came to know no such amounts was credited. please held me to get the amount and guide me what can I

Complaint Details : My consumer No. is 258354. I have registered user in indane consumer portal with user ID and password. I have booked a refill on 17th August, 2013, by using Online Refill booking facility (Reference number is R13081711734753) till date I have not received the refill from the Indane distributor M/s Capital Gas, Trivandrum. I contact the distributor for check the records of my booking. They said to me, use through IVR System generating a refill request. Again I had booked a refill on 8th September, 2013 with booking reference number is 350017. On 14th September, 2013 I received an SMS stating “Dear Indane Customer, against your refill booking 350017 cancelled”.

Complaint Details :I have deposited Aadhar card carbon copy bearing the number 711695243712 both in H.P. Gas dealer (Ratna Agencies, Kukatpally, Hyderabad) and bank (CITI Bank). When I booked for gas refilling, they are saying aadhar card has not been submitted in the bank and deducted Rs. 1040 per cylinder. When I went to bank, they are saying it’s already updated. Where should I register my complaint, so that I will get my extra money given back to my account.

Kindly investigate by whom this Ghost booking has been done . and arrange to provide a gas cylinder against the same same booking no. so that my quota is maintained. This could have been managed by the people working with this distributor, since no other person can manage from out side.

Complaint Details : I have made a IVRS booking for the gas of consumer No 32842 for my home on 26/10/2013. the regn no given is 987081 and up to now i am not been in receipt of the gas cylinder.On the contrary now on on line booking the status says ur cyl has been delivered on 10 th nov 2013. How odd is this. I am at present pulling on with the induction stove> on enquiry to my agency Mrs Vishnu enterprises in kadugodi they say they have transfered my consumer to another gas agency Mrs K.K. Indane Enterprises at ulsoore and with out any intimation. and what happend to my booking. No body gives any proper infermation and no phone call in all the customer care answers.
