Complaint Details : I stay in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi – 110065. It was really frustrating for me to everyday see water leaking in near to my house and none of the authorities taking action.
I searched for Delhi Jal Board site and took out the phone nos. of JE, etc. But none of the mobile numbers worked. Some were constantly engaged, some of the numbers reached wrong people even though the no. dialled match and some were not reachable.
For the phone nos. related to office, no one was picking the call.
Can anything be done to prevent the leakage of water .

Complaint Details :Hi,
My consumer no is 54533 and hold Indane Gas Connection from Siri Rama Gas Agency – Ram murthy nagar in Bangalore.
My connection is made inactive every month and when ever i have to book a refill using automated refill booking service i get to know that my connection is inactive. This forces me to goto agency and request them to make it active and take booking.
Every month i have to go and request. Why at first place connection is made inactive – they also dont know.
the funny thing is that their phones are hanged up purposely and no one can reach them.

Indanes complaint toll free no is also clue less. can someone escalate and punish the agency?

We found it object in April, 2013 through website http://www.wbfin.nic.in/Page/DPPG.aspx
Use this to find the present status…
Pension District: Burdwan, Pension Category: Primary, Search Option: DPPG File No. (i.e PRI/BUR/0558/2007/REV)
At our 1st visit, they told us 15 days would be needed.
Then we started rolling around 1 desk to another in DPPG department. Most surprising point is the files has already been verified and reverted to DPPG Dept. on 29/05/2013 and according to them this would be maximum 2 months tenor but you can see it’s 6 months now!!!
We are still struggling and will be happy to get your help .
