Complaint Details : My Bharat gas consumer no.26976 Distributor name Sandesh Gas Agency Pimpri Pune. My latest refill booking ref.no.61962511 dtd. 21 Aug 2013. Based on consumption and immediate after cylinder finshsed booked to avoid problem due late supply of refill.
27 Aug 2013 delivery boy came to deliver refill but seeing earlier supply on dt 14 Aug he torn the recpt. and said 21 days gap needed. I wrote complaint online but no supply til date and order status shows C in status column dt 22 Aug. Which means after complint they cancelled my booking . I want to know is there any rule for 21 days gap. where can approach so that concern office in charge of gas co. and agency should have some penalty guide me

On contacting the agency, They are not giving proper reply. what should do, when will i get my subsidy amount pls solve my problem as soon as possible

I have Received the Cylinder in last week of june 2013 .
My Aadhaar Card Details is also submited in My
Savings Account in HDFC Bank .
But as on date I have not received the Subsidy Amount .
several times i have called my HP GAS DEALER,
but there is no proper action.
would request you to please get this amount ASAP.

Accordiong to government policies , i registered my gas connection for gas subsidy.I have submitted all identification detalis to Indane gas company’ s branch nawanshahr.
ON THE BASIS OF THESE PROOFS , I got pin code no. KYC3465 dated December, 12 2012.
I booked for refill of gas cylinder on July ,09 2013 , received it on July, 10 2013 at the rate of Rupees 880.00. But till now,i have not received any gas subsidy in my bank account.
plz inform about this asap

Complaint Details : Our landline (080) 25746003 and the broadband connection associated with it have been fault for last four days and so far no action taken . When i went to bsnl office they told me its a cable fault.nd it will take time. Its a new connection given by BSNL last week. Within one week of connection there is an outage for 4 days. Don’t know why they didn’t check everything before giving the connection and don’t know how long they would take to resolve this. Please help.
